Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance by phone or email. If you cancel within 72 hours of your start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $15 fee. If you don't call or email us to cancel within 72 hours or do not show for the booking, there is no refund. If you need to cancel the booking within 24 hours after making the reservation, you will receive a full refund.
